Patna Women’s College successfully completed the Campus Placement/ Recruitment drive on 23rd October, 2021 by KIBA Labs Ltd., Bangalore for the graduated batch of session 2018-2021. It was organized by Placement and Career Counselling Cell, Patna Women’s College (Autonomous), Patna University, in collaboration with Training and Placement and Counselling Cell, Patna University. The recruitment process was held in the Department of Computer Applications (BCA). 6 members of the HR Recruitment Team of KIBA Labs LTD., Bangalore conducted interviews for the placement drive. The shortlisted candidates were from the Department of Computer Applications (BCA) & (MCA) of Patna Women’s College and MCA students of Patna University.
The recruitment procedure was completed in 4 technical rounds, aptitude round and HR Round with personal interviews. Prof. S. B Lall, Professor in charge, Counselling, Training and Placement Cell, Patna University, Alok John, Placement and Training in charge & Asst. IQAC Coordinator of Patna Women’s College and the members of the Placement and Career Counselling Cell and the faculty members of Department of Computer Applications, Patna Women’s College organized this campus recruitment drive. The campus has been one of the most preferred hiring destinations for top recruiters in the country owing to the excellent pool of talent available.
