Brief Report –
Department of Home Science, Patna Women’s College organised a Cooking Competition on 11th August, 2022, under Aazadi ki Goong, Pragati ki aur Agrasar Bharat Programme. The competition was inaugurated by Dr. Sister M. Rashmi A.C. Principal, Patna Women’s college. The theme of the competition was “Indian Cuisine and Culture”. Altogether 32 groups participated, where each group made a popular dish representing a state of India. The Jury members of the competition were Dr. Amrita Chaudhary, Coordinator IQAC, Dr. Kavita Verma, Assistant Professor, Department of Physics, Dr. Sumeet Ranjan, Assistant Professor, Department of Zoology. The winners of the competition were First prize went to Department of Advertizing and Marketing Management (AMM), Second Prize went to Department of Psychology, and Third prize was a Tie, went to Department of Mass Communication and Department of Home science.
