Brief Report-
To commemorate World Ozone Day, the ECO Task Force, a Student Environment Club at Patna Women’s College, organized an Oath Taking Ceremony on September 16th, 2022. The ceremony welcomed 500 new members comprising students from various disciplines such as B. Com, BBA, BCA, Economics, Geography, Psychology, Sociology, History, Political Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, Botany, MBIO, and Zoology, both at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Dr. Sister M. Rashmi A.C., the Principal of Patna Women’s College, administered the oath to the new members, who pledged to protect Mother Earth and conserve nature. Dr. Sister M. Rashmi A.C. motivated the students to wholeheartedly embrace their conservation responsibilities and join forces to improve both rural and urban areas. Dr. Shobha Shrivastava, Head of the Department of Zoology and Vice President, ECO Task Force, addressed the newly enrolled members, emphasizing that the ECO Task Force is a student body within the college. The entire event was conducted under the esteemed guidance of Dr. Sister M. Rashmi A.C., Principal, Patna Women’s College.
