The event was inaugurated by the HOD of the Department of Mass Communication Ms. Roma. The resource person ‘Children of Heaven’ directed by the renowned Iranian filmmaker Majid Majidi, is a heartwarming and thought-provoking tale of a brother and sister’s quest for a lost pair of shoes in the bustling streets of Tehran. The film, known for its universal themes and captivating storytelling, has touched the hearts of audiences worldwide. This exclusive screening event, organized by the Department of Mass Communication, aims to showcase the power of cinema in bridging cultures and emotions. The event concluded with insights given by Resource Persons, Ms. Divya Gautam and Ms. Ankita, in which they highlighted the key elements of living a compassionate life by connecting it to aspects of Cinema. All the faculty members of the department attended the program.
