2-day workshop on accessory designing ‘Trendy Touches’
The Department of Fashion Designing, Patna Women’s college, Autonomous (P.U), organized a 2-day workshop on accessory designing ‘Trendy Touches’ on 4th & 5th October, 2023.
The program started with a welcome address by Dr. Shemushi Madhu, Coordinator, of the Department of Fashion Designing. She described how accessories have the power to elevate an outfit, express individual style, and make a fashion statement.
The resource person was from Pidilite Industries Ltd., Ms. Anuja Sinha, an expert artist and hobby promoter. She explained the art & craft of accessory design to the participants, embracing the boundless creativity of this field. Students were excited to be trained and create new designs of earrings, pendants, bracelets, stole & dupatta styles.
In total, 27 students participated in this event. All the teachers, Asha Pandey, Geetanjali Choudhary, Priyanka Singh, Vandana Sinha and Dr. Purnima Roy, guided the students to make this workshop a memorable experience.
