Brief Report :

Every year, Patna Women’s College hosts observes Carmel Feast on 16th of July, this year it was celebrated on 14th of July 2018. The Programme commemorates the establishment of the Mount Carmel Institution. The event started with a prayer dance performance. It was followed by a presentation on ‘Mount Carmel of Israel’ and a portrayal of the greatness of Prophet Elijah. Additionally, Sisters and students performed two more songs and a dance in honor of Mother Mariam, captivating the audience with their exceptional performances. The Principal greeted and thanked all who made this solemn programme a success and explained the essence of the Carmel Family .The entire event was coordinated by the Cultural Co-ordinators Dr. Sister M. Tanisha A.C, Head, Department of Home Science; Ms. Enakshi Dey Biswas, Coordinator, Performing Arts and Dr. Shefali Roy, Head, Department of Political Science. The event took place under the guidance of Dr. Sister Marie Jessie A.C., Principal, Patna Women’s College.
