Brief Report –

Patna Women’s College (Autonomous) celebrated the 76th Independence Day on 15th August, 2022. The entire college was submerged in the feeling of patriotism with tricolours everywhere in the college premises following the Central Government theme of “Har Ghar Tiranga” Campaign. The program commenced with March past by NCC volunteers and the college band. Dr. Sister M. Rashmi A.C. Principal Patna Women’s College hoisted the National Flag which was followed up with the National Anthem. The Independence Day speech was given by Nishtha Vatsa Vice-Premier and Khyati, Jt. General Secretary student council 2022-23. The special guests of the event were Dr. Sister Liceria A.C., former Principal Patna Women’s College and Dr. Sister Reema A.C. Provincial Superior Apostolic Carmel, Northern Province. The celebration was concluded with the speech by Dr. Sister M. Rashmi A.C. Principal Patna Women’s College, wherein she emphasized upon the new India where knowledge is free and head is held high, she also said that we are all indebted to our National Heroes who made the country what it is today. The programme was coordinated under the supervision of the cultural coordinators Dr. Sister Celine Crasta A.C., Ms. Samiksha Sinha, and Ms. Enakshi Dey Biswas. The entire programme was well organised under the guidance of Dr. Sister M. Rashmi A.C Principal Patna Women’s College.
