Brief Report:-

As part of the “Global Climate Change Week,” Patna Women’s College organized a ‘Poster Making and T-Shirt Painting Competition’ on October 17th, 2022. The poster making competition revolved around the theme ‘Let us change against climate change,’ while the T-shirt painting competition focused on the theme ‘Our climate is changing, why aren’t we?’. A total of 46 students participated in the competition, showcasing their creativity and perspectives on these crucial subjects. The esteemed panel of judges included Mr. Alok John, Dean of National and International Collaboration & Consultancy Services, Dr. Devina Krishna, Assistant Professor in the Department of English, and Ms. Pooja Kumari, Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce. Participants had the opportunity to explain their artistic expressions and viewpoints during the exhibition of their posters and painted T-shirts. Dr. Devina Krishna, Assistant Professor in the Department of English, addressed the audience and commended the participants for their active involvement. The results of the poster making competition and T-shirt painting competition were announced by Dr. Debjani Sarkar Ghosh, Head of the Department of Geography. The entire event was organized successfully under the guidance and supervision of Dr. Sister M. Rashmi A.C., the Principal of Patna Women’s College.
