Poster Making Competition-9th Oct 2023
On 9th October 2023 , The Department of Social Work, Patna Women’s College, Organized a Poster Making Competition on “World Mental Health Day” which is celebrated on 10th October worldwide. This year’s theme being ” Mental health is a Universal Human Right” to improve knowledge, raise awareness and drive actions that promote and protect everyone’s mental health as a universal human right.
The Students of the Department of Social Work participated and addressed some important psychosocial issues related to mental health .Students were divided into 6 groups and each group had their own sub theme and they displayed their posters with innovative thoughts, ideas and addressed some important mental health issues. The event was judged by Dr. Nupur Sinha ,Assistant Professor and Head, Department of Psychology. The winners of the competition was Group No.2 ( Monika Murarka, Muskan Kumari, Amarita Ashish) with
Sub theme -“Right to Accessible Quality Care”and recieved the 1st Prize.The event was successfully concluded by valuable feedbacks by the Judge Dr Nupur Sinha, Head, Department of Psychology, Patna Women’s College. Vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Mridul Mishra, Head, Department of Social Work,Patna Women’s College. Faculty members Sister Sanjana A. C , Assistant Professor, Department of Social Work and Miss Akanksha , Assistant Professor , Department of Social Work, were also present .
